Outline of the Programme
With a strong emphasis on research and publication, this Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims to provide a solid foundation for research and provide new avenues and directions for scholars and faculty members dedicated to research in the domains of management, engineering, science, commerce, and humanities. The FDP aims to help faculties and researchers in marketing, human resources, finance, operations, analytics, engineering, and humanities become better facilitators and researchers by providing subject-specific knowledge, research design, emerging empirical issues, and analytical tools, approaches, and ways for publications in Scopus, WoS, and ABDC top-ranked journals.

The FDP covers a broad range of topics in-depth, including qualitative research, advanced data analytics, research design, case study writing, and integrating research within teaching in different fields. Through this initiative, we hope to attract qualified faculties, professors, and researchers with a passion for research in specialized and interdisciplinary domains, thereby meeting the growing demand for such individuals in the industry.

By enhancing the training, teaching, and research abilities of participants, this FDP encourages researchers and educators at schools, universities, and colleges to prioritize domain-related research and pedagogy.
